and Registration

The battle For Columbia is sponsored by the Lt. Gen. Wade Hampton Camp No. 273, S.C.V., Columbia, South Carolina. Our Commander is Greg Turner . Past Commander Tommy Rollings will be Reenactor coordinator. Adjutant Charles Bray is the Treasurer and Host John Culler is the general coordinator. Any of these Compatriots will be happy to help you or answer any questions.

"This event is affiliated with the Palmetto Battalion. As such, Colonel Claude Sinclair is overall commander of all forces." All Artillery positions will be set by Major Vernon Terry in coordination with event staff based on pre-registration and battle needs.

Vehicles will be out of camps from 8:00 AM Saturday until after the battle on Sunday. Real emergencies will be handled as the situation dictates. Thank you for your efforts to help us achieve authenticity!

Box lunches will be provided attendees to Confederate Memorial Day courtesy of the S.C. Division of the Sons of the Confederate Veterans as a special "Thank You" for attending the services.
